When you go to an appointment to change the status of your husband but the ins agent tells you that they have to review the digital file and that you will get an answer in 42 weeks, does it means he will get his green card
Well, the first thing it means is that he has at least another 10 months or so here under legal status and that has to be worth something, right?
I would say that his chances look good, as long as he stays out of trouble and keeps working (he does have a job?), it seems like they want to give him some more time to prove himself. As long as he doesn’t get into any trouble, it looks pretty good for him.
